What this site covers

Run it, then write it down. Articles come first and hands-on tests are the speciality: local models, agents, developer tools, and how to deploy and troubleshoot them. Every test states its conditions, failures and limits, with the evidence it rests on.

Test device and method

The primary test device is a laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU (6 GB VRAM, 64 GB RAM). Conclusions apply only to the recorded device and parameters, and estimates are labelled separately from tests. For the protocol and metrics, see Method & measurement.
